Children’s Book Clubs
Ripon Branch Library
Tuesday, Aug 3, 2 and 2:30 p.m. (Tuesdays at 2 and 2:30 p.m.)
Kids, come share your love of reading at the Ripon Branch Library!  On Tuesday, May 18, 2010, the Ripon Branch Library will begin accepting sign-ups for the Children’s Beginning Readers Book Clubs.  The book club meetings will begin on Tuesday, June 8 and run weekly until August 3.  The Easy Reader Club starts at 2 p.m. and the Step Up Club starts at 2:30 p.m.  Each club lasts approximately an hour.  Children in grades one through four are invited to sign up for either the Easy Reader or Step Up Club.  Children will check out a different book each week, read it at home and then gather in groups the following week to discuss the books they have read.  Both book clubs feature a snack and an activity or craft.  Please sign up in advance at the Ripon Branch Library.
