Join us for upcoming events, classes and programs at Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library! All events are free and open to the public. Registration required where noted.

Thornton Branch Library

The Thornton Branch Library will be offering FREE computer classes on the following days:
  • Wednesday March 18, 2015 - Creating a Professional-Looking Resume Using Templates @ 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday March 25, 2015 - Downloading eBooks & eAudiobooks from OverDrive & Axis 360 @ 3:00 p.m.

Basic Computer Skills and Beginning Internet classes are designed for patrons who need to learn basic computer skills and become familiar with computer terminology and applications. However, patrons must have basic computer skills (such as how to use the mouse and the keyboard) prior to attending the Resume class. Patrons are encouraged to bring their personal laptops or devices to class, especially the Downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks. All classes are drop-in. No reservation is required.
