All About Baby is a half-hour program which emphasizes elements that help babies develop. We share simple picturebooks, sing, recite nursery rhymes and have fun. Rhythm, rhyme, stories and music keep babies engaged as they learn. Evrything that we do during All About baby can then be repeated at home, to reinforce the experience!

MakerSpace for Kids is a drop-in program where children, age 8 and up, can explore and create freely. We have laptops that can be used to paint, learn to code, practice typing, and more! We also supply arts and craft materials so kids can work on a project of their own choosing. We will also be running the 3D printer during the entire program!
Suitable for kids 8 and up. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Doors open at 3:00 and close at 4:30. Sponsored by Friends of the Ripon Memorial Library.

Each meeting we decide as a group what type of book we will read and discuss the next meeting. Then we each choose our own title to fit the criteria. Then we meet again to discuss why we choose what we read, what we liked or disliked, themes...and choose a new topic. Feel free to join at any time! Lego (TM) Club for Kids is a drop-in program that allows kids to make Lego creations with
Legos provided by the library. We give the children a theme to spark their creativity and they
can spend an hour building whatever their imagination conjures. It's a fun, non-competative
afternoon activity for the whole family! We also provide Duplos for smaller children.
