Interested in teen programming at the Ripon Library? Want to help make better programs? Have suggestions for materials? Need volunteer hours? Join the Ripon Teen Advisory Group and help staff make teen programming and services a better fit for you and your peers! MakerSpace for Kids is a drop-in program where kids age 8 and up can explore and create freely. We have laptops that can be used to paint, to code, to practice typing, and more. Art materials will be available as well as basic and not-so-basic craft supplies. Also, the 3D printer will be running during the entire program! Suitable for kids 8 and up. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Sponsored by Friends of the Ripon Memorial Library.

Beginner's level yoga and Pilates class will help you relax and renew your body and spirit! Taught by certified instructor, Susan McClanahan, this weekly class has been offered for over 10 years and continues to draw new participants! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. All About Baby is a half-hour program which emphasizes elements that help babies develop. We share simple picturebooks, sing, recite nursery rhymes and have fun. Rhythm, rhyme, stories and music keep babies engaged as they learn. Evrything that we do during All About baby can then be repeated at home, to reinforce the experience!

Hospice care may be a part of our lives sooner or later. Educating ourselves, to be prepared, about what Hospice is and does makes sense for our entire family! Community Hospice Clinical Educator, JoAnn Lindberg will present 
"Hospice 101" , a concise, yet thorough introduction to the provision of hospice services. Listen, learn and have your questions answered by an expert.
Another Community Hospice informational program about Advanced Medical Directives and End of lIfe Choices will be held on February 21, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Sponsored by Friends of the Ripon Memorial Library.
LEGO Club for Kids

Lego (TM) Club for Kids is a drop-in program that allows kids to make Lego creations with Legos provided by the library. We give the children a theme to spark their creativity and they can spend an hour building whatever their imagination conjures. It's a fun, non-competative afternoon activity for the whole family!
