This is a bi-weekly book club for chapter book readers level 4.4 AR and above.  Read the book, discuss it with the club members and do a follow-up activity.   Books are available at circulation two weeks before the discussion date. Sponsored by MH Friends of the Library.

Celebrate the diversity of musical instruments around the world. Don O’Brien will demonstrate many instruments with the help of audience volunteers.  Audience members will have fun playing Mexican maracas, Spanish castanets, Bolivian goat hooves and more!  Join us for a rousing good time January 26, 2014 at 5:30pm. •           Tuesday, February 3, 2015 - Beginning Internet - from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
•           Tuesday, February 10, 2015 - Beginning Email - from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
•           Wednesday February 11, 2015 - Open Questions - from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.


These classes are designed for patrons who need to learn basic computer skills and become familiar with computer terminologies and applications. Any computer-related questions can be asked at the Open Questions class, in which patrons are encouraged to come in with questions and bring their own devices. Please check with the Mountain House library staff for class space availability if you are interested in attending any of these classes.

Usually held on the Second Monday of each month, this bedtime oriented storytime features stories & songs for preschoolers, plus a short craft following. Kids may dress in their pajamas and bring a favorite stuffed toy for snuggling if they wish. Storytime and craft last about 45 minutes. Sponsored by Mountain House Friends of the Library.
