Cupcake Decorating W Cupcake Decorating Workshop

Join as at the library as Jessica Leaman from Creative Cakes teaches the basics of cupcake decorating.  Learn how to ice cupcakes professionally, and put beautiful flowers on top such as, rose buds, fantasy flowers, ribbon roses, sweet peas, and drop flowers.

The cost of the workshop is $10 to help cover the cost of supplies.  All participants are required to bring 6 non-iced cupcakes and a bag for all supply trash.  All other supplies will be provided.

Are there certain animals that you dislike?  If so, this program is for you!  Join as at the library as we learn to understand the many animals we dislike.

This family style program sheds positive light on certain local animals that most people don’t understand and, therefore, dislike. 

Slides and live narration will be used to make the points and will be presented by naturalist Clyde McMillan-Gamber of the Lancaster County Department of Parks and Recreation.

Join us at the library as we make leaf prints.  We will be making leaf print T-shirts before the last leaves fall!

Lancaster County Environmental Center Naturalist Mary Ann Schlegel will provide paints, stencils, and leaves.  Wear old clothes (fabric paint is permanent!) and bring your creativity and a washed T-shirt.

Program is free and open to all families and adults ages 6 & up.
