Soul Box Project Workshop

Saturday, May 4, 1pm-2pm
Commemorate a victim - killed (including suicide), injured, or otherwise impacted (lost a friend, traumatized by events) - by folding an origami Soul Box in their memory. Boxes will be displayed together to remind the community of the scope of gun violence damage in our community. Victim names and stories will be supplied, or commemorate a victim special to you (even yourself) along with a small picture or other personal tribute to put in or on your Soul Box if you wish. This program is in partnership with Cleveland School Remembers and the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library. This will be held at Chavez Central Library, 605 N. El Dorado St. Free parking is available in a public lot off of Center and Oak Streets or directly in front of the library on Oak Street in between Center and El Dorado streets.
