A class that is focused on a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. All skill levels are welcome, modifications will be provided. Please wear loose/comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. Class takes place at the Lansingburgh Branch Library - 27  114th Street, Troy.
