All teens (ages 12-18) are invited to come to the library for a free gaming day, every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month! Teens can choose to use a Wii and/or Xbox, or play board games. Light refreshments are provided. This program was a creation of the Ripon Teen Advisory Group (RAG). We invite all teens to join our RAG group. The volunteer group develops programs, gives collection suggestions and tells staff what they think the library should offer for teens. The RAG group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. Ask staff for more information!

Games and gaming equipment were generously donated by the Ripon Police Department PALS program. Thank you!

All teens (ages 12-18) are invited to come to the library for a free gaming day, every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month! Teens can choose to use a Wii and/or Xbox, or play board games. Light refreshments are provided. This program was a creation of the Ripon Teen Advisory Group (RAG). We invite all teens to join our RAG group. The volunteer group develops programs, gives collection suggestions and tells staff what they think the library should offer for teens. The RAG group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. Ask staff for more information!

Games and gaming equipment were generously donated by the Ripon Police Department PALS program. Thank you!

]]>This is a special storytime for 0-24 month old children and their parent or caregiver. We emphasize traditional nursery rhymes, fingerplays, gentle movement, short songs and clapping/bells rhythm and stories. The program lasts about 20 minutes and its repetitive nature is very conducive to baby's learning sensibility. Lots of fun for all.

How and why do bees pollinate plants? Why are there different kinds of honey?
These questions and more will be answered and discussed during a lively presentation. Participants will learn about the fascinating society of bees, pollination, production and harvesting, medicinal applications, and bee reproduction. They will also feel and smell beeswax and honey frames, see giant photos of various bee activities and taste different kinds of the amber nectar. This is a show not to be missed!

All teens (ages 12-18) are invited to come to the library for a free gaming day, every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month! Teens can choose to use a Wii and/or Xbox, or play board games. Light refreshments are provided. This program was a creation of the Ripon Teen Advisory Group (RAG). We invite all teens to join our RAG group. The volunteer group develops programs, gives collection suggestions and tells staff what they think the library should offer for teens. The RAG group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. Ask staff for more information!
